Well, if the cubic mile of ice starts at 1000 ft below sea level, then it ends 4280 ft above sea level, and Antarctica has such.

And yeah, it has 90% air super compressed, since the "layer" started at the bottom multiple feet thick and then got compressed to under one inch.
