Why wasn't Epstein put away for a lot longer? He only got 18 months.

Without looking, from memory, blacks got 200 points for admission to ivy league schools.

As a limited example.

You are a filthy, racist, liar.
Did you go to an Ivy League school?

False. Stats show that for decades, BLACKS and browns have recieved points for their skin color, not whites.

You are LYING and everyone knows it.

Are you suggesting that black people haven't dealt with a lot of racial descrimination?

Why did Detroit end up as a very black city? 76% of the city is black. In 2002 that was 72%. It's rising because black people are poorer and it's harder for them to up sticks and move somewhere else.

Also the average wage for whites is higher.

Why do you think this is?

It's because of a history of black people being last in line for promotions, black people being put into black communities with schools seeing less money. Black people being born into the US are having to fight against this.

If you can get anywhere close to a white person in terms of an educational score, you're probably much more capable.

Exactly. Back when I was working, if I went for a job and the only other candidate was a black guy, unless he was head and shoulders better than me, I knew I’d get the job.

THAT is white privilege

Are you suggesting that black people haven't dealt with a lot of racial descrimination?

Not in the last couple of generations. They have had a position of racial PRIVILEGE, with massive and nearly universial programs and policies to benefit them at the expense of whites.

My undestanding is it has to do with primarily White Flight, where white people flee areas as they become more and more black, because of the crime and violence that come with that.

Also the average wage for whites is higher.

Yep. The problems of the black community, particularly the SINGLE MOM trend, have really fucked them up.

So their numbers suck, DESPITE the massive discrimination in favor of them, you know, DEI, AFFIRMATIVE ACTIONS, DIVERSITY, ECT. ECT. ECT.

It's pretty cool the way you ask me a question and then give your answer before I have a chance to respond.

And by "cool" I mean, NOT COOL.

Black people are NOT last in line to be promoted. THey are given their own special lines and white people are completely EXCLUDED.

I have seen it done, in my own life, when I was in management.

Management decided that they needed more "diversity" and white people, the more qualified white people were completely excluded from consideration.

A black woman was promoted, against my recommendations, and she failed. Ended up fired. And still they just kept going.

Your pretense that you have missed this, over the last ******* FIFTY YEARS,

is you being a lying shittalker.

So let’s see. Blacks make up about 13% of the population. They were admitted to Ivy League schools at a rate of about 15% prior to the SC ruling of 2023. Since that ruling they make up just Five per cent.

So whatever “advantage” ( that made things roughly even) they may have had is gone

Because he was a rapist and a pedophile and hopefully a lot of rich and powerful men who associated with him will get their lives ruined if/when everything gets leaked

Fingers crossed

Lot to unpack there, I will go though point by point.

1. That's very good news.

2. "even", despite the massive failure of urban schools, not to mention the I.Q. gap? LOL. 5% is probably a lot closer to FAIR based on actual qualifications versus skin color.

3. I note that you did not admit that the "advantage" was thus, racist discrimination that cost many whites their rightful slots.

4. AND the reason that Ivy League admissions have been cited so much, is not becasue it is the only place that DEI, or Diversty exists, but because of the good documentation that made it easy to show that the racist discrimination was occurring.

a. This made it impossible to deny it, without looking like a stupid liar. Most libs still denied it of course. Then they justified. While still denying it. Like they do now. LIke you are doing now.

b. DEI and Diversity were and are still almost universial in our country. you can see by the massive drop in admissions how big of an impact it had. We need to purge it from all corporations and schools, not just the ivy league.

5. What compensation or reperations are being considered for all the millions of whites that got FUCKED by that racist discrimination?

Not in the last couple of generations. They have had a position of racial PRIVILEGE, with massive and nearly universial programs and policies to benefit them at the expense of whites.

So let’s see. You campaigned against a black woman getting promoted and she was ultimate fired.

Given your obvious racial bias and the fact that you tried to keep her from getting that promotion did you perhaps UNDERMINE her and get her fired?

Never mind answering. You’d never admit it

The position in question was MINE. I was being transferred to a new acquisition. I was out of the picture. It was a lower management position and upper management didn't give a damn about my input on the matter.

To be clear, the woman was qualified to DO THE JOB, what she was not qualified to do, was put up with the unrealistic expectations of upper management. That was the harder part of the task. She was too brittle and abrasive. You need a really thick skin to be lower management.

I visited a couple of years later to see how the department was doing. The new person in charge was ANOTHER black woman, one that I had personally .... supported to be in the department. She was doing fine it seemed. Upper management had greatly reduced the scope of hte shifts job, transferring a great deal of responsiblity to areas more directly under their supervision.

NOt that I think it went better then, but at least they were more directly responsible and not blaming othe other shift's supervisor for not getting it done.

Your sto seems to be changing

First she was promoted against your recommendation and then it Ira out she was promoted to your job

So you “recommended” she not be given your job?

You are so full of shit

Correct.

NO change here. You made a claim that assumed I was still there and part of the management of that portion of the instatution. So, I gave more details to explain why that was NOT the case.

The woman was competent at the job. She was also a loud mouthed and touchy *****. I knew that would not fly when upper management got rough with her, as they would IMMEDIATELY and CONSTANTLY.

You are so full of shit

i have no idea why you think what I described was in any way odd or unlikely.

Perhaps in your work experience, upper management are all nice and full of sunshine and rainbows?

So this woman, who you use as an example of black incompetence… was by your own admission competent

Whatever

You are playing dumb to avoid the point.

She knew the actual tasks involved in teh work. What she could not do was deal with upper management in a professional manner. Not once they started putting pressure on her, as I knew they would.

EVERYONE hear, reading this, understands the distinction. The more you play dumb, the more chances you are giving me to repeat my strong and convincing example.

The woman was promoted despite the recommendation of the manager that knew her best, to increase diversity and it ended up with her being unemployed.

I'm not sure how many more they tried before they reduced the scope of the job and found a black woman that could handle it.

The woman was competent but was fired based on personality?

Based on an inability to deal with pressure and maintain professionalism.

The expectations of upper management were unrealistic. That was... a part of the job, unfortunately.
