It has always been wrong to force states to be unable to defend themselves. States have citizens who demand the state protect them.
I notice how joyful NBC was since they added the word contentious. This is just one example of NBC supporting the Biden mistake rather than supporting Americans.

If the Federal government will not do it's job and protect the citizens of Texas that have seen 8 million illegals come across the border, then they must allow them to defend themselves.
