It's interesting how the left desires to assume all is legit in Trump trials

The Democrats have taken a page from the Stalinist playbook: "give me the man and I will give you the case against him".
Right, if one lives in Russia as you seem to. Keep up the Russia propaganda. As worthless as the Ruble, right now.

The trial demonstrated that Trump (and to some extend his kids) made sure to review and sign off on the documents.

You don’t get to submit fraudulent documents to a bank. If it were you or I, we’d be in serious trouble for doing so.
1) There was a clause in there suggesting the bank double-check their estimates.

2) There was no victim, and no complainant.

3) How many people in NY have been found to have exaggerated assets for a loan and fined $350 million for it, and then prohibited from earning a living for three years?

North Korea at its finest.

Dude has skirted laws for years. Trump U, Rent discrimination, Charity Fraud, Rape, Financial fraud, 81 cases of election security and shortly Georgia election interference, hiding top secret documents, and improper use of campaign money to pay pornstars. Is it really surprising that the guy who claims the election was stolen with no proof and wanted Mike Pence to throw out legal votes and cheated on all his wives is a cheating mother fucker in business?

They submitted fabrications, not estimates.

In this country, we expect businesses to behave honestly. If you want corrupt businesses where you can’t believe anything, go to China or Russia.

And when has NYC ever fined a business $350 million for a wrong estimate, or even a fabrication? This SHOULD have been handled through the Commercial division as a civil infraction.

in the meantime, the NY libs are letting the REAL criminals - including the illegal scum - out on the street to threaten and injure their citizens.

You’d rather prosecute a shoplifter who steals $100 worth of property than someone who commits tens of millions in fraud.

That’s the weird thing about conservatives. They want to protect the richest elites all of a sudden.

You’d rather prosecute someone who caused no harm, and has no victim, than a lowlife who steals from a business owner, and has a victim.

Because it’s Trump. You think Americans don’t see what’s going on?

So you’re okay with fraud? I’m not.

If it were one of us, we’d be nailed for it. If it’s a rich elitist, you ignore it.

Or, deep down inside they know they're not, but they soak it up due TDS. I find leftists to enjoy chaos and the absurd, what you say?

Let's take the NY civil trial, where the snowflake judge proved to be part of the great big cry at the hands of leftists, as they weaponize the justice system to attack Trump, and anyone else declared the enemy of the left. The judge ruled that Mari logo is worth just what again? Yeah 18 million. Geez, just 18 times the value of my house. Land must be real cheap in Palm Beach, and improvements must be worthless.

If you look at Realtor.com, here's an empty lot in Trump's neighborhood, for instance, asking price is a cool 200M. https://www.realtor.com/realestatea...each_FL_33480_M93328-30648?from=srp-list-card

One has to wonder if these leftists have ever owned a piece of property, much less leveraged a piece of property for a loan. This may come as a shock, but when a lender researches into a loan, one of the first things they do is APPRAISE the values of leveraged property. What, you guys figured Trump does the appraisal? Ha ha haaaa, wouldn't it be great if we had the ability to appraise our own properties, I guess the lenders would just have to take our word for it.

Then there's the fact there are no victims, Trump rec'd the loans and paid for them. Just think, leftists have opened the door should you fail to dot an i, the govt. can declare fraud, prosecute, and make your lives miserable, even if you make your end of the deal. Course leftists never thought that one through, they never do.

Dont expect too much from a party that thinks a man can give birth.

Nah….could have been a $25,000 civil fine, given there were no victims or complainants. In fact, the people he supposedly defrauded made $100 million on the deal.

And I asked again, when have we ever had a charge like this, or a fine like this? It’s all designed to make gullible idiots think Trump must have done something awful.

Dems count on their voters being stupid.

Such a small fine would not accurately represent the scope of the fraud and would not create a disincentive to engage in the same fraud.

The idea that you can tell a bank whatever you want defies common sense. We all know that’s wrong.

But apparently is only wrong if you’re an average American.

Nobody complained. The bank was hardly defrauded - they made a fortune.

Concentrate on the dregs on the street beating people up And maiming them for life, or worse. You know, where there is an actual crime.

Submitting false information to the bank is the very definition of fraud. There’s no denying it.

You want to ignore it and create two systems of justice.

Oh wow…..the hyoocrisy here is unreal. I’m done.

Hypocrisy? You’re the one demanding that we ignore fraud when it’s done by the elites.

Elites get away with far too much.

If the statement of financial condition didn’t matter, why did Trump put so much effort into lying on it?
