Apparently, you don't know anything more about painting than you do anything else Methuselah.

It took a crew of 4 men to paint my house and I paid them nowhere near $85 an hour for the two days it took them. I had to wait nearly two months for an opening in their schedule.

They did such a great job, I had them power wash my house and paint my deck afterwards.

Requiring the supplementing of anything less than continued improvement at any level is engineering something to fail, and you may not understand that, and the fact that you will only be stuck with mediocre results at best, that will be surpassed and leave you wanting as inflation increases.

But on the other hand, there are actually a bunch of people that make an incredible amount of money, and even become nationally certified to teach people and corporations exactly what I am talking about.

You would be surprised at how successful it is, when making excuses for failure, blaming others for shortcomings, or in the least bit thinking any of that is a worthwhile pursuit, gives way to better principles and a better understanding of what is actually required, and establishing a higher standard with continuous improvement required as the only goal.

However, I must admit that it can be difficult, because you have to drag people that don't want to understand and have made the mistake of thinking they know better, while sitting in the pile of crap they have created is somehow better or more productive and the only thing possible.

Those folks will eventually recognize they have just been left behind, because they weren't interested in addressing their own concerns in a better and more productive manner.

Yup. He’s the one who thinks unskilled, uneducated workers should get $50 an hour. So if someone tells him he wants $700 to paint a little bedroom, he’s OK with it.
