'Toxic masculinity' is a term with no real proof. It's just female toxic speech. If you ask me, today there is more 'toxic femininity.'

Higher paying fields are male dominated. Construction, engineering tech, etc. Lower paying fields like education, caregiving, retail admin work, etc. are female dominated.

Women are more likely to work fewer paid hours and are more likely to work part-time and have more career interruptions. Consider that in egalitarian societies such as Sweden, men and women still separate into different work choices.

You are ignoring basic human factors that make men and women different and want to somehow make them totally equal and it is a fools errand.

First you say women are paid equally now then you say women are being paid less. Make up your mind. The teachers unions have done nothing about giving teachers higher wages. All they have done is promote transgender grooming for kids. 'Back in day' I actually worked for an electronics manufacturing company whose CEO, and my direct boss, was a woman so, your claims seem false.
