Religion = faith = belief. One can run this equation backwards to prove it's validity: Belief = faith = religion. As can be seen in the two definitions below a religion is a 'belief' in a subject that a person is absolutely sold on 100%+. E.g., "He is absolutely convinced that the Big Block Chevy cannot be defeated in any class of internal combustion engine racing it is built to compete in." This previous statement would illustrate a person that harbors a 100%+ FAITH that the BBC is simply the greatest internal combustion engine ever created or that can ever be created for internal combustion engine competition.
