Iran's Threats

The news from iran makes it pretty clear
Actually, the news from Iran makes pretty clear something absolutely contrary. Russia suggested Iran to buy brand new modern nukes with delivery systems. Iran (at least their previous leadership) refused. Let's see what the new government decide.

Along with the attacks on bordering arab countries taking place now
Pure self-defense.

There is no nuclear threat by Israel toward any arab nation
First of all, there are nuclear threats, and secondary - all nuclear states prefer to keep nukes to the vital threats and life or death situations. Highly unlikely that Iran will be something different.

That sounds like a pleasant kumbaya dream for you

But its only a dream
It's not a dream. It's a question. What is more important for you - oil or Jews? Would you fight a regional nuclear war on the Middle East to keep control on Arab's oil and take control on Iranian oil even if it means elimination of Israel?

One out of power russian politician spouted off about that

And I would not put it past the russians to do that

But there would be huge international condemnation

He is not an "out of power". He is the leader of the largest party in Russian Parliament and the secretary of Security Council.

If there is a choice between losing Iran (not only it's gas and oil, but also North-South strategic corridor and a part of Chinese One Way project) and "international condemnation" (mostly from some Western countries) the choice is quite obvious.

Anyway, if Iranians want nukes - they will have them (with or without their own nuclear industry).

Ok, point taken

He was still just speaking for himself

Of course not. Russia suggested Iran to buy nukes, because Middle East and independence of Iran are "very important" for Russia (and it means that it worth at least a regional nuclear war). And a nuclear war between two minor nuclear powers (like Israel and Iran) seems much safer than a nuclear war between a great nuclear power and a minor nuclear power, or between two great nuclear powers (like Russia and the USA).

Russia did not say they will sell nukes to Iran

One person mentioned it as a trial balloon

The pushback from the euros and arab gulf states would be immediate

This person is the secretary of Security Council and leader of the largest party in Parliament. He speaks for Russia. If Iran wants nukes - Iran will have nukes. One way or another. The problem is that they don't want nukes. Looks like irrational religious thing. The cult of martyrdom or something. May be, new government will be more "rational" in Atheistic or Christianic ways.

Nobody cares. What can they do? Made their own nukes or start a nuclear war against Russia? Russia believe that "nuclear pro-Russian Iran" is better than "non-nuclear anti-Russian Iran" or even "a regional nuclear war in the Middle East".
What is even more important - Epstain Coalition can't defeat Iran without using nukes, so, if they are really determined to defeat Iran and if they are not deterred by the threat of nuclear retaliation - they will use nukes anyway.
Vulnerability of US strategic bases may also create situations like use it or lose it.

And, given that the USA twice murdered Iran's negotiators, highly unlikely that Iran will try negotiations third time. Now, it's all about decisive victory (at least about withdrawing US bases from the whole region and paying reparations in gold).

Russia doesn't feel herself isolated at all. But yes, things will get worse anyway. The only question if the things will get just bad or if they get very bad or if they get terribly bad. And selling Iran nukes is a "tiny problem", comparing with alternative scenarios.
