To first understand what should be done in regard to the Iranian conflict, it would behoove you to first know why it started even started to begin with. In fact, you might say it is vital to finding a solution.

Let's be honest here, most people are clueless when it comes to geopolitics. For example, do most people know that the Strait of Hormuz is a major trading corridor in the global economy, carrying around a fifth of the world’s oil consumption on a daily basis? Probably not. Do most know what the Strait of Hormuz really is and how the control of it can control oil prices all around the world, effecting the entire global economy? Once again, probably not. But does Iran own the Strait of Hormuz? No, at least, not on paper, but strategically they do. For you see, Iran borders only one side of the Strait of Hormuz, so how on earth can they own it when Omar controls the other side of the Strait? It is because on the Iranian side, you have a mountain range giving them an easy way to control it militarily. But by letting Iran now charge fines for access to the Strait, the internationally community is essentially acknowledging that they own it, even though it is tantamount to international piracy.

But why did the US attack them to begin with? The question is under the assumption that there was no war between Iran and the US previous to this. The question is under the assumption that the US is the sole aggressor here, which is a false premise. What I hear frequently from the Left and the Antisemites, is that Israel controls the US and manipulated them to attack Iran. But the question is never asked, if this is true, then why does Israel even want Iran destroyed? I never hear this question asked. The truth of the matter is, Israel has been at war with Iran since the Iranian revolution. The regime declared war against the US and Israel which is the pillar of their existence as a regime. Neither the US nor Israel wanted this war, but have no choice but to fight it since Iran will continue to attack them until they have destroyed them both. But why does Iran want to destroy Israel and the US? Many point to the fact that the US has interfered in Iranian politics over the years and once tried to use the Shah of Iran as a proxy for the US. But there is much more to it when you mix in Islamic fundamentalism. All that Iran knows is, that if they want to take over the region their major obstacle is Israel and the US, thus they are in their cross hairs.

What you have here is a complex proxy war. Iran is a proxy of Russia and China, much like North Korea is a proxy of China, and Israel is a proxy of the US. These superpowers then engage in warfare indirectly, so as to avoid nuclear conflict so that they can fight each other without destroying the world all at once. Then there are mini proxies of Iran, such as Hezbollah and Hamas and the Houthis. Recently, Iran objected to a ceasefire after Isreal had launched an attack on Hezbollah, for example, causing Iran to interpret that event as Israel continuing to attack them. This is an admission by Iran that attacking their proxy like Hezbollah is the same as attacking Iran, proving once and for all that the daily attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah over the years is essentially Iran directing such attacks themselves.

Then enters one Donald Trump. He sees the damage Iran has done in terms of terrorism throughout the region, with the blood of thousands of Americans. He also sees the weapons development in Iran that is concerning. During his first term, he merely takes out an Iranian general as a response to such continued aggression, after which, Iran tried to assassinate him in retaliation. But with the weapons program nearing the completion of nuclear capabilities, he determines that he must act to stop them by attacking them directly. And if they get those weapons, their power and danger to the world goes up exponentially. And judging how Iran oppresses and murders their own people, they would have no qualms in using them. Make no mistake, their nuclear program was not benefiting the people of Iran in the least, as it was used only as a method to develop WMD's, or at least, the threat of them, much like the wealth of their oil is mostly used to fund weapons development rather than helping their own people. Iran has essentially spent all its time and wealth gearing up for war on a large scale and will not back down for anything or anyone, especially if they think Allah is on their side and is demanding this of them.

This is something that I don't think Donald Trump even fully understands. Here is a man who thinks he can negotiate with anyone but has never negotiated with people like this. His negotiating style is dependent on the notion that the other side is interested in mutual benefit, rather than the other side dedicated to the destruction of the other side instead, even if it means their own destruction. I don't think that Trump ever intended to send in US troops, rather, he was hoping that the aerial assault would convince the new leadership that unless they wanted to wind up the same way, they would concede to negotiation. But as we see with the new regime, they simply don't care. Trump can kill as many of them as he wants, and they will continue to stick their middle finger at him.

We constantly hear that Iran has zero leverage, which again, is not true because they now control 1/5 of the world's oil, holding hostage the world's economy like they held hostage American prisoners at the US embassy in 1979.

The only questions becomes, will the world turn a blind eye to this like Jimmy Carter did in 1979, or will the world take action by taking over the Strait of Hormuz themselves?

The left don't know anything past orange man bad, Israel bad. Oh, and Queers for Palesitine!
