In with the new boss, same as the old boss.

You seeing any signs of that happening? Was it ever a realistic expectation high enough to create this level of chaos over? What's the plan if they don't?

The signs could be there among all the disinformation on both sides

But nothing so far that I would bet the rent money on

Could we just declare victory and go back to the everyday, ordinary chaos.......please.
Since I wrote that Dotard has said the US is almost done with the war. Then he said the US will hit Iran "twenty times harder" if Iran blocks ships from passing through the Straight of Hormuz. WTF!

I have no doubt many Iranians are still unhappy with the idea of an oppressive, theocratic regime. Assuming not much changes from this one to the last that's what they still have. So it isn't like Dotard's idiotic attack, or should I say Bebe's, solved anything. In all likelihood it has Iran more determined to support terrorism in the region, rebuild its military, pursue a nuclear weapon, and use oil as a geopolitical cudgel. But hey, it got the country off the missing Epstein files for a while. And all at the cost of billions of dollars, 7 US lives, and hundreds of others. Including the school girls we killed. All in a day's work for Don.

The attacks are destabilizing the regime

Headquarters are blown up, commanders killed, weapons systems destroyed, communications disrupted

That means the regime has less control than it did

And btw, there is no evidence that any school girls were killed

Where are the bodies?

You embrace anything the enemy says but not your own government

The JCPOA would have simply delayed, but not prevented, Irans nuclear ambitions.

If they would have even abided by the deal in the first place.

But hey, “USA is evil!”, so let’s get out of Iran and let them do….whatever they want to do.
Of course the deal didn't prevent Iran from cheating. Just like the deal with North Korea didn't prevent them from cheating.
But what you miss, is that the level of enriched uranium production they could achieve without getting caught, was in the neighborhood of under a pound a year.
Which means they were 40 years away from making a bomb.
And that presumes in the intervening time, that inspectors wouldn't find either the clandestine nuclear material, or the locations where it was produced.

You’re right, I’m not denying any of that. However, it can (and should have been) hidden. Locked away somewhere that even 99.8% of the government didn’t know about it.
Did you know that the Soviet Union was the one to solve the mathematical formulas and computations needed to create stealth technology.

And we created stealth, based on their work.

They're all over internet videos.
But you won't find them shown on US news, because they're too gruesome.

Then they’re stupid for letting us get our hands on it

I wouldn’t say 40 years, at MOST 15 years, if they didn’t renege on their deal. They only agreed to the deal for the lifting of sanctions. Iran has a history of not keeping up on their deals. Do you think they would have held up on their end of the deal? Or worked in secret while the money kept flowing, and if they got caught, they just say “oh well, we got this far while working under your noses and now we’re 100s of billions richer”

You're so dumb you don't understand Trump's point???

Countries don't (and shouldn't) keep basic science and math to themselves.

No, you cannot copyright the solution to a mathematical problem, as formulas, methods, and solutions are considered facts or ideas rather than creative expressions.
the underlying mathematical, scientific, or technical method is free for anyone to use.

Re: Do you think they would have held up on their end of the deal?

Ironically, they even held up their end of the deal after Trump withdrew from it.

Following President Donald Trump's withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in May 2018, Iran initially continued to comply with the agreement for about a year while seeking assurances from European partners.

Nobody understand Trump's point, until hours after, when they figure out a way to "spin" it, so that it makes sense.

Like in Venezuela, where it was about DRUGS.
Before it wasn't about drugs
Then it was about OIL and regime change.
Before it wasn't about regime change.

Leaving the only rational of OIL.
Accomplished by piracy on the high seas.

Iran has a history of violating agreements. If Iran didn’t have nuclear ambitions, they could have remained compliant with the agreement with other countries even though the US withdrew.

He has not been seen in public. It’s highly likely he was whacked in the first days of the war and isn’t even alive.

You don’t need to copyright it if nobody knows it exists. We had no responsibility to tell the Japanese (or anyone else) what we dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, nor whether we had any more of them. They’re called SECRETS for a reason.

Ironically the US has an even longer history of violating agreements.

Does that make us EVIL?

I think Japan could figure out what was dropped on them.
Since the survivors suffered from radiation poisoning. And the place was contaminated with atomic isotopes.

Okay, maybe not the perfect analogy, but you understand what I’m getting at. This idea that we need to share scientific advances and such is part of why I’m an isolationist. I just disagree on every level possible.
