In spite of Trump's efforts, 92% of new generation in the US last year was solar.

Oh my, correlation does not prove causation. LOL I think that the cut off of the gas from Russia was a far bigger cause for the present high costs in portions of Europe. Fortunately they are telling Russia to go to hell, and biting the bullet, opposing Russia's attempted takeover of Europe. Unlike our bonespur leader.

Germany had the fifth-highest rates in the world in 2021, when they still had cheap Russian gas.

Duh !
With several coal fueled power plants across the nation shut down, no longer generating electricity; and almost all new generating systems being solar and wind; then the claim is self-fulfilling and distorting at the same time.

Total overall electric generation is still declining because more capacity has been removed~shut-down and newly built capacity has yet to full replace what was lost.

So are you;
ignorant
stupid
or intentionally distorting and dis-informing ???
Windmills use a lot of oil too. 300 gallons per windmill. It has to be changed out every 3 to 5 years.

Yes it can when the correlation coefficient is above 35. I see you never had research course in graduate school

Thats the past without subsidies solar will die as it drives up the cost. The future is nuclear

I have never been against Solar and Wind power production.

What I oppose is the government shoving them down our throats and giving out massive tax breaks to the super rich who builds them as Buffet got 10 Billion in a 7 year period they walk away letting the massive bird choppers fall apart in which the low income tax payers WILL pay for the clean up bill in the future.

The governments need to get the **** out of the way!

I agree ... if the issue is government spending ... then criticize government spending ... I know the "bath water" is spoiled but we don't want to throw out "baby" ... let the individual State Governments subsidize their own renewable energy that's available to them ... solar works in San Diego, hydro works in the Pacific Northwest, coal works in Pennsylvania, wind works in Oklahoma ... North Jefferson has shade trees ...

... giving out massive tax breaks to the super rich ...

That's not the problem with renewables ... Warren Buffet gets his $10 billion tax break anyway ... renewables is the lame excuse ... the problem with utility grade renewables is reliability ... with roof top renewables, the meter spins the other way, no big deal ... I'd call that "apples and oranges", but that's just me I suppose ... at least the subsidy goes into the homeowners' pocket ...

And for the record ... low income folks don't pay taxes ... rich folk need the poor to toil their lives away in the factories ... it's the middle class we're trying to tax out of existence ... and we're relying on our grandchildren to clean up our parents' messes ... Oakridge and Hanford comes immediately to mind ...

The next generation of energy will be nuclear and fossil fuels. Solar and wind are in decline as the subsidies end they will drive up the cost and never meet demand.

States with the most wind and solar have the highest energy costs.
Here is obviously some very surprising FACTS for Hafar1014

U.S. States Ranked by Number of Wind Turbines (Most → Least). Just the Top 10.

  1. Texas — 19,001
  2. Oklahoma — 5,526
  3. California — 5,509
  4. Kansas — 4,245
  5. Illinois — 3,720
  6. Colorado — 2,906
  7. Minnesota — 2,733
  8. New Mexico — 2,260

A lot of it built by government money......., and when they go bad they are not getting repaired much.

And what happens to Oil Wells and Coal Mines when they are no longer producing?

My replacement modules are basically the same as those I replaced. Yes, they are nicer looking, easier to install, the new inverter is four times smaller than the one I replaced, but at the end of the day, four the same coverage area, I only gained 115 watts per module. After 30 years.

So, real world experience with my solar system.

So no sources? Just you and your opinions as usual?

Feel free to show how the modules of today are more advanced than the ones I installed 30 years ago.

Dazzle us with your brilliance.

You made a claim and I'm asking you to source it.

Demonstrate you do more than just make noise. Lol

I'm done with high effort posts directed at you. You ignore everything and double down on ignorance. You're an ideologue.
Hey, I asked you to do a simple thing, and you couldn't.

It's ok, just admit you were full of shit and move on.

I think you know you're dishonest but don't care. You have a team to make noise for.
