A person would have to be denied US citizenship after being born in the US in order to sue and no one in government has been stupid enough to try and deny someone's rights because it is so easily beaten at the lowest level of the courts due to precedence.

Gunny, I think you are a little confused on this. He, like Kamala and a whole host of us are citizens because we were born here. Ted Cruz was born in Canada to an American mother. That is why he is a US citizen. That doesn't apply to most of us.

You still haven't described a case on which you would base such a case on? You have to sue to get it reinterpreted, don't you? The federal government will not pass a law banning hospitals from issuing birth certificates to children born to illegals! Don't you see that? States have tried that tactic before, and the courts instantly struck down those laws as being unconstitutional. I would have to look it up for specifics, but I think a southwestern state passed a law banning hospitals from issuing birth certificate for illegals so they could not claim citizenship within the past ten years or so. I remember it didn't take long, if it took effect at all. SCOTUS precedent was cited.
