It depends on the parentage.

If neither of the parents is a U.S. citizen, then no.

I'm hearing things like the Chinese are bringing pregnant woman to the US, letting them abuse our medical system by having the baby without paying, and then taking the baby back to China to be raised as Communist, with the goal of these children returning to sway votes in our elections.

Let's hope that if that is the case, the information makes it to the SCOTUS. The left are masters at hiding information.

No, but the current 14th Amendment allows it. You have the right to be wrong about that as SCOTUS will inform you when their decision is released. I am all for changing the Constitution for future births by giving Congress the power to restrict laws regarding citizenship. That is what is required. We would also have to exempt everyone previously granted citizenship based on birth alone.

Imagine saying someone like Marco Rubio who was born to parents who were not US citizens is actually a citizen of Cuba and ineligible to be President someday. How do you think that would sit with most Americans?
