There are 2 definitions of the word "fascism".

The first is a liberal political movement established and ruled by Italian statesman Benito Mussoliini back in the day.

Definition 2 for "Fascism" is just a slur used by liberals since the days of Stalin to tar their political enemies with.

That is not really accurate.
There is only 1 definition of Fascism, and it goes back to the Ancient Romans, and Mussolini only tried to leverage that history.
The reality is that the Lictors carried an axe handle as a badge of office and a means of keeping order.
The axe handles were called fascia.
So there was a celebration where the axe handles would be tied together in a bundle, to represent strength in unity.
But the unity they were referring to was the alliance between the aristocracy, military, and priesthood.
Mussolini referred to about the same coalition, except it was the aristocracy, military, banks, and corporations.
Hitler and the Nazis did not call themselves Fascists, but they were owned by the same coalition of the aristocracy, military, banks, and corporations, except German instead of Italian.

Fascism was never liberal.
It was always the wealthy elite, and was always about greed.

Although I am extreme leftist, progressive, liberal, the reality is that the word "Fascist" only got a bad rap due to WWII.
The reality is that all Republicans have the same power base of the wealthy elite, banks, corporations, the military, etc.
And even though fascists tend to be ultra nationalists and racists, they have a legitimate right to their beliefs.
It is not totally irrational to believe the wealthy elite would know more than the poor.
I disagree with them because I think the wealthy cheat, but their success is not possible to totally deny.

No, fascism is not just government control.
All dictators, tyrants, monarchs, capitalists, socialists, etc., can cause government control.
What makes Fascism distinct is that it is where the wealthy elite, military, bankers, corporate owners, etc., use the government to increase their power, wealth, and agenda.
When a corrupt individual like Stalin takes over government, that is not fascism.
Fascism is a coalition of the corrupt elite.

I tried to watch that video. I tried, I really did. I found it was obviously anti conservative propaganda painting everyone with a broad brush. The people in that video are a tiny tiny minority. Fact of the matter is, those knuckleheads are few and far between. But Liberal Democrats and socialist groups BLM and Antifa ARE burning down cities AND ACTUALLY using violence. Sure National Socialist Workers Party started out socialist.
But that was not Hitler.
The was Ernst Rohem.
So Hitler started by tagging along with socialists.
But he would not have been appointed Chancellor is he had remained a socialist.
So the oligarch not only bribed him into becoming anti-socialist, but made him prove it by murdering all the socialists, like Rohem.
So then Hitler was just an opportunist, who was socialist when that suited his ambitions, and an anti-socialists when it came to being offered real power.
