He gave examples without telling us how they work, and then you accuse me of pointing it out.I can't see what you were quoting(the ignore function helps save my brain cells from his fecal spatter), but I can tell you that he'll never explain anything. Except, maybe why he is an idiot.
My suggestion: Ignore
He could care less about America.
So it worked in the Soviet Union...it worked in Cuba...and it worked in Iran itself 50 years ago...but you claim I haven't showed that it would work? That borders on farce, Jackson. You did not show how it would or could work in Iran.
It won't.
Previous presidents understood the downside of trying to overthrow the repressive Iran regime militarily.I dont doubt that trump is losing the feet of clay crowd
Previous presidents looked at the Iran problem and saw nothing in it for them personally so they just punted the ball, or kicked the can
Trump is doing the right thing even though he will be punished for it
You are saying it will work, but you have not shown how. When you do, then I can rebut. Your claim, your due.So it worked in the Soviet Union...it worked in Cuba...and it worked in Iran itself 50 years ago...but you claim I haven't showed that it would work? That borders on farce, Jackson.
Kindly explain to me how the regime CAN stay in power without any income coming into the country! Without gasoline. Without food. How does the IRGC pay it's troops?
Show that they are. You can't.If you look at the history of how regimes like this collapse...the usual scenario is for the regime leaders to see the writing on the wall and for all of them to go into exile with the money they've collected over the years they've been in power. That was the case with Batista in Cuba and with the Shah in Iran. Do you really think the people in the IRGC that ordered the slaughter of 30,000 Iranians simply for protesting in the streets are going to hang around when the people rise up? They're going to be running to Russia like Assad did when Syria rose up against him. If they don't they'll be strung up and they know it!
With all due respect, Jackson? I'm not saying that it worked in theory...I'm pointing out that it has worked in reality. I've also pointed out WHY it will work in Iran and WHY that is playing out right now. Repressive regimes fall in the same ways. The leaders of repressive regimes lose control in the same ways. Trump has created conditions in Iran that cannot continue for long. He knows it...the Iranians know it...other Middle Eastern nations know it. It's literally just a matter of time. You are saying it will work, but you have not shown how. When you do, then I can rebut. Your claim, your due.
Tell me why Iran today is different than Syria in Assad's last days...or Cuba in Batista's last days? I've given examples. You've given nothing.Show that they are. You can't.
Trump had 60 days to get Congress to approve of his actions. They haven't, he needs to pull out now.It took a while for the increasingly-unpopular incompetent to discover how he could pervert the U.S. military to serve his egomaniacal whims, taxpayer dollars being of no concern.
The infamous Jesus impersonator apparently saw it as an opportunity to festoon himself with vicarious glory - the conquest of Greenland (or "Iceland" as he sometimes calls it) being of insufficient consequence, apparently.
One would have assumed that shifting desert sands would have obliterated the footprints of the hapless Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld, but the blowhard has stumbled into them, and is hot on their trail.
The blind faith of the cult is being tested.

Do-do do-do-do do-do-do
I love him, i love him, i love him
And where he goes I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow
I will follow him, follow him wherever he may go
And nothing can keep him from me
He is my destiny
I love him, I love him, I love him
And where he goes I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow
He'll always be my true love, my true love, my true love
From now until forever, forever, forever
I will follow him, follow him wherever he may go...
His media cheerleaders with an instinct for self-preservation have ceased flailing the pom-poms.
Would anyone care to speculate when, if ever, his most incorrigible camp followers will decamp?
No, the 'why' is what you havenot done. Those examples were only "blah blah." I can do that. What about North Vietnam? What about North Korea? What about Afghanistan?Tell me why Iran today is different than Syria in Assad's last days...or Cuba in Batista's last days? I've given examples. You've given nothing.
Those examples were only "blah blah." I can do that. What about North Vietnam? What about North Korea? What about Afghanistan?
No signs of collapse? Seriously? The Rial is essentially worthless...a million and a half Rials equals one US dollar. Long lines at gas stations because they're running out of gas. They're starting to have rolling electrical black outs because they don't have the natural gas to run their power plants. They've shut down the internet because they don't want the people to be able to coordinate protests or hear news of how bad the war is going. The IMF is forecasting Iran's overall inflation rate for this year to be just below 70%. Food inflation is at 300%. Oil storage is reaching maximum which means they are going to be forced to shut down their oil fields which will cause irreversible damage. No, the 'why' is what you havenot done.
This is another ME regime, like Afghanistan and Iraq. They are different than the West. They have shown no danger of collapsing. The IRGC has shown no likelihood of collpasing.
Congressional Republicans are complicit in Trump's usurpations of constitutionally-designated checks and balances.Trump had 60 days to get Congress to approve of his actions. They haven't, he needs to pull out now.
60 days was up as 66 days ago. Trump is breaking the law.
Oh, but the Supreme Court said Trump can't be charged with anything he does as President and Congress is run by the Republicans who don't care.
Well, welcome to "you can break the law" by Donald Juicycuntsneedtobelicked Trump.
Your support for Iran and their nuclear weapons and ICBM development is wrong.Previous presidents understood the downside of trying to overthrow the repressive Iran regime militarily. Trump clearly did not. Republican candidates will pay for his ignorance.
Your support for Iran and its nuclear weapons and ICBM development is wrong in my opinion, but Trump is now signaling his resignation to that reality, pretending that it doesn't matter:Your support for Iran and their nuclear weapons and ICBM development is wrong.
Trump is doing the right thing even though it is not the easy thing to do.
The brilliant and experienced geopolitical minds of Trump and Hegseth figured that Iran was some helpless and hapless third world country and it was bombs away.Your support for Iran and its nuclear weapons and ICBM development is wrong in my opinion, but Trump is now signaling his resignation to that reality, pretending that it doesn't matter:
Trump's economy features his failure to redress inflation, and is further enhanced by his finding a way to drive up the price of a gallon of gas by over a dollar - although some may be questioning whether that is as sustainable as his self-inflicted tariffs that Americans are paying. The brilliant and experienced geopolitical minds of Trump and Hegseth figured that Iran was some helpless and hapless third world country and it was bombs away.
They figured that because they are ignorant and stupid.
Mmm TACO!Your support for Iran and its nuclear weapons and ICBM development is wrong in my opinion, but Trump is now signaling his resignation to that reality, pretending that it doesn't matter:
Trump Claims Iranian Uranium Stockpile May Be Useless

“And by the way, from a standpoint of value, it’s not very valuable.
Probably can’t be used. ..."
It’s hard to decipher what Trump means when he suggests the Iranian
uranium stockpile has declined in value and usefulness.
Enriched uranium can “decline” or lose its enrichment level over time,
but the process is generally not caused by natural decay and takes an incredibly
long time to occur on its own.
The half-life of the uranium isotope U-235 is about 700 million years.
