Gonna take a guess and say that they lumped North Stratford's (just to the south) votes in with Columbia's. The numbers line up and North Stratford is unincorporated.
Easy if you just do a minimum of research.

The whole of district No. 3 that includes Colebrook, Columbia, Ervings's Location and Stewartstown......had a total of 1169.
