Except no one came even close to proving anything of the sort. Doesn't it seem strange that she waited a couple of decades before suing? So? That won't change the fact that the fat rapist criminal raped her.
Ummm, Trump is the plaintiff and was not fighting the deposition, they were working out the details with the Secret Service and Trump's schedule.
Depositions were set for both Trump and Stephanopoulos.
ABC settled because their attempt to get the suit dismissed last summer failed...
Zilch, and he won the presidency. How much did Trump have to pay?
An assault that never happened, so what does Trump care if they ask about it? His answer is what he said in court, it was a lie.Be deposed, and have to answer questions about his assault on Jean Carroll under oath??? not a chance!
You asked what the lesson was for Democrats. I said "stop lying". Anything else?I'm not lying, I'm asking a question.
A $15 million settlement, plus legal fees of $1 million. Plus official regrets.
ABC News and its top anchor George Stephanopoulos have reached a settlement with Donald Trump in his defamation suit, which will result in the news network paying the president-elect $15 million. The settlement was publicly filed on Saturday, revealing that the two parties have come to an agreement and avoided a costly trial. According to the settlement, ABC News will pay $15 million as a charitable contribution to a "Presidential foundation and museum to be established by or for Plaintiff, as Presidents of the United States of America have established in the past." Additionally, the network will pay $1 million in Trump's attorney fees. Stephanopoulos and ABC News also had to issue statements of "regret" as an editor's note at the bottom of a March 10, 2024, online article, about comments made earlier this year that prompted Trump to file the defamation lawsuit. The note reads, "ABC News and George Stephanopoulos regret statements regarding President Donald J. Trump made during an interview by George Stephanopoulos with Rep. Nancy Mace on ABC’s This Week on March 10, 2024."...

The findings of liability of sexual battery were conclusively decided by a jury. Any appeals have flopped so far.An assault that never happened, so what does Trump care if they ask about it? His answer is what he said in court, it was a lie.
Not really even relevant to his suit against Stephanopoulos, which was about Stephanopoulos misrepresenting the judgement on air.
At trial, the details of the other case are not even admissible (unless it's in Merchan's NY kangaroo court, which it was not).
i guessed you missed the memo the liberal security/police let them in? no guns at an insurrection? weird. It's not like he raped somebody or lead an insurrection.
No criminal charges.I'm hearing Trump saying "that gives me some money to pay what I owe E. Jean Carrol for the sexual abuse I was found guilty of".
Can you point to where any charges of insurrection were made? It's not like he raped somebody or lead an insurrection.

They got off dirt cheap. Should have cost them 700 million.
