For those of you that falsely claim Biden is NOT out to destroy the oil industry... until 2050.....
Read this:
  • U.S. Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said this week it may take years for the government to replenish its Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).
  • It's a reversal of plans the government announced last year to repurchase oil it sold from the reserve at lower prices.
  • Current global economic concerns and geopolitical conditions, however, present challenges in assessing the market impact of the decision.
The Biden Administration, in an attempt to hold down oil and gasoline prices, sold 180 million barrels from the reserve last year for an average of $96.25 per barrel.
Nevertheless, the Energy Department appears to be maintaining the SPR at its lowest level since 1984.
The reserve currently contains 372 million barrels—almost half as much as its all-time high of 727 million barrels in 2010.

WHY doesn't Biden want the SPR to be re-filled? Is this part of his plan to "rid fossil fuels"?

OR as one expert says...And refilling the SPR would certainly raise oil prices, in the same way emptying it lowered them.

So curious minds want to know...
how many of these well funded 20 companies indirectly owned by Joe are involve as Hunter was in the oil industry will benefit from higher prices?
The Biden family and its business associates created a complicated web of more than 20 companies, according to bank records obtained by the House Oversight Committee — a system, GOP lawmakers say, that was meant to conceal money received from foreign nationals.
Sixteen of the companies were limited liability companies formed during Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president, the committee said in a press conference on Wednesday. The Biden family, their business associates, and their companies received more than $10 million from foreign nationals’ and their related companies, the records show.

Speaking of fossils, I will make the guarantee that at some point we will get rid of Joe Biden.

That is 100 percent fact!!

Now I realize the devil does not want him which is why he has lived so long, but we don't want him either.. Hell, the democrats don't even want him.

At some point, God will be the tie breaker though..

Maybe waiting for prices to drop even further, as they most likely will, while opening up more production for private companies on Federal lands in Alaska? It may take a while. I doubt the industry as any intention of have a glut on the market as there was before the Covid crash, which resulted in historic profits for the industry, profits at lower costs to them, they would like to see extended into the foreseeable future.

Good thing inflation has cooled down a bit. Imagine what our wrecking ball Oresident would be doing if he could add inflation costs to our fuel costs.
One thing most of us don't consider when we moan and groan about gas prices that WE pay, we forget that we pay indirectly the businesses gas prices that they pass on to us for their goods and services. And then we seem to forget who pays for the delivery of the goods we buy on line... WE DO!
Directly! We use to go to the store, buy something then bring it back. The store makes money either way!

Considering the fact that are are no such things as fossil fuels, is he REALLY BULLSHITTING that gaggle of vacuous window lickers? I mean if he came out and said he would end world hunger with unicorn burgers that would be one thing. Of course Xiden has been jabbering ridiculous shit for over 50 years to anyone stupid enough to believe him.

When did Biden open for more production?
"Biden administration ends moratorium on drilling leases on federal land. The Biden administration announced Friday it would resume selling leases for oil and gas drilling on federal land, albeit at a higher cost to energy companies and with less available land,
FACTS: Biden administration ends moratorium on drilling leases on federal land

That's why the oil industries buy political whores from both companies. They can pretty much do anything they want and no one really pays attention to the climate alarmist bed wetters that aren't making money selling carbon credits to each other at tax payer expense.

March and April in Alaska, approving huge project in the north in strategic oil reserve and a huge natural gas project in the south. Accept for some Native Americans and environmentalists that had been fighting it back to the days of Donny, Alaskans are happy after the projects made it through the courts, the Senate with bipartisan support, and signed off by President Biden.

Or maybe Lucifer is as scared of Kamala as the rest of us...

royalties will increase from 12.5 percent to 18.75 percent of the value of any oil or gas extracted, while the acreage available for drilling leases has been reduced by around 80 percent from the amount previously under evaluation.”

More oil was produced on federal lands in 2022 than in 2020. But hell, don't let facts get in the way of your tirade.

royalties will increase from 12.5 percent to 18.75 percent of the value of any oil or gas extracted, while the acreage available for drilling leases has been reduced by around 80 percent from the amount previously under evaluation.”
And yet more oil was produced on federal lands and waterways in 2022 than in 2020. You guys are flippin comical. The new 18.75% rate is still a bargain. Drill on state owned land in Texas and your ass is going to pay 25%, and hell, that is Texas.
