That oil reserve is for US use only, yet China Joe had to pay his debt to China for getting him the stolen election in 2020. So Joe emptied the USSPR by selling cheap but very good oil to China, while leaving the US to depend on OPEC and now the oil production in the US is on the decline which is why gas prices are necessarily skyrocketing again. All so dumb US citizens are forced to give up their gas guzzlers for the EV's that no one wants.
