I have to say that you have more grit than many, staying in the job you're in!

Even in my small conservative town's k-12 school, the crap is starting to get thick. I advertised for yard help about a year and a half ago, and got a guy who was about to quit his teaching job over the bullshit. He has remained the most reliable help I've ever had, and it's a pleasure to pay him very well, and to see him getting more and more jobs doing lawn care, snow management and many other tasks for homeowners in ours and another smallish town near here.

Hang in there. Hopefully it will get better with adults in charge.

No surprise there... they don't pay Catholic School teachers much and some of those people were absolute psychos.. At least they were in the 1970s when I went. I can't imagine things have gotten better.

We absolutely need a law making it a jail-able offense to try to politically or sexually indoctrinate minors in school, and to make it legal for a pissed off parent to let such "teachers" have it when the kids come home with stories of hearing such filth.

This is why we pray for and support the religious vocations. We need so many more priests, religious brothers and sisters to teach in parochial schools.
