"Trump warns Taiwan against declaring independence, hours after summit with China's Xi"

After years of calling Biden "Xiden" because... well, not because Biden gave into China, but because they wanted it to be true, I wonder how people will now take Trump's opinion literally being what China told him to think.

Also he said:

"Trump Risks MAGA Split by Backing 500,000 Chinese Students and Farmland Sales to Prevent Collapse"

(which there is a thread about)

Trump has been known to have an opinion based on the last person he spoke to. After one mass shooting in his first term he tweeted:

"We cannot let those killed in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, die in vain. Likewise for those so seriously wounded. We can never forget them, and those many who came before them. Republicans and Democrats must come together and get strong background checks, perhaps marrying...."

"....this legislation with desperately needed immigration reform. We must have something good, if not GREAT, come out of these two tragic events!"

"
Feb. 21, 2018: During a listening session with teachers and students following the deadly Parkland, Fla. high school mass shooting now-president Trump said, “We’re going to be very strong on background checks. We’re going to be doing very strong background checks.”

Feb. 28, 2018: In a room full of lawmakers Trump declared “You’re scared of the NRA.” During the televised meeting, the president called for a “powerful” bill on background checks to address mental illness."

But all of this was dropped once he spoke to the NRA.
