Many Hospitals in democrat controlled areas I believe strongly, had a secret policy of administering the vaccine to people who declined the vaccines. I believe millions of people were given the vaccines by far left health "professionals" who believed they were "doing the right thing for humanity".

This was likely done when such patients were in for procedures that required general anesthesia and were out.
No proof, but seeing the fanaticism of so many on the Left over non vaccinated people I think it's plausible.

The only time we could force treatment was when a patient had mental illness and we had an order from his DR. That was a complicated process.
