They don't take into account that inclusivity has been increasing at the same time. They don't measure the difference year to year of how many low-income and otherwise challenged kids we educate. How conditions at home may have changed, how many SLIFE kids are being accounted for, etc.

The stats are accurate but the entire method for calculating them is flawed. If I take students from an elite Singapore private school and compare them to students from an inner-city Baltimore high school where no one graduates, what do you think the results will be? What if I compare the students from Boston's Latin School to kids from some stick huts in Africa? Would that be a fair comparison of their educational systems?
