It's hard to believe that the situation could have gone to this extreme in America?
But on the other hand:

The pictures lack detail in that most of the dead fetuses will be stillborn children or perhaps pregnancy complications that dictated the lives of mothers be saved.

There's nothing to gain but more and more hate between the two teams by showing such pictures without suitable explanations.

Shame on America for not accepting the social responsibility required to face the reality of abortion sometimes being completely justified.

There's just no possibility of Americans finally taking a responsible position of trying to eliminate a woman's need for an abortion!
