An illegal alien who is accused of killing four young Americans in a drunk driving crash in Canadian County, Oklahoma, is one of hundreds of thousands of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients.
In May, 26-year-old illegal alien Michael Rosario-Cruz was arrested by the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office and charged with second-degree murder, drunk driving causing bodily injury, possessing a firearm with an altered ID during the commission of a felony, carrying firearms while under the influence, transporting an open container, and driving the wrong way on a one-way road.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, on May 22, 20-year-old Kiercy Hickson, 19-year-old Quincy Jones, 18-year-old Haleigh Salazar, and 18-year-old Brad Palmer were in a vehicle together driving eastbound on Interstate 40 when Rosario-Cruz, driving the wrong way, hit them head-on.
Hickson, Jones, Salazar, and Palmer died at the scene of the crash while Rosario-Cruz was injured and taken to a nearby hospital.

Rosario-Cruz, who has remained in jail since the deadly crash, has been placed on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer. Reports indicate that he received DACA status in 2015 under the Obama administration, shielding him from deportation.

Watch how quickly Democrats run to fight tooth and nail to acquit Obama somehow. Trump tries to cancel DACA and its treated as if Congress created it.
Meanwhile, Obama continues to have blood on his hands.
The thing with these illegals is, if they’re not raping, murdering, diddling young kids and trafficking them, they are drinking and driving.
The simple facts is that DACAs are legally still classified as "illegal aliens" by USCIS, and the D means deferred deportation. So if a Democrat tells you they "are legally here," point this out to them.
Just because they unwillingly crossed the border as children—or fake “teenagers,” in many cases—doesn’t make them good people worthy of American citizenship.
This says a lot for DACA and it’s recipients. In eleven years in America and no telling how many on handouts from our government he created, just another drunk alien.

Of course nobody keeps the exact figures because of "reasons".

My wife and I are still in the process of getting her relative sponsorship. We've had to pay well over $4000 in legal and filing fees and have had to submit 300 pages of documentation proving we are married and are in a real relationship.

If someone is killed in a DUI-related accident, their last words are never going to be "Thank God I was run over a red-blooded American Citizen!"

There are 13,500 DUI-related deaths a year, and MOST of them are people who were born here.

We could end DUI's pretty easily, simply by requiring each car operating to have a blow meter. We won't do that, because the DUI industry is too lucrative for the states and for the lawyers.

As for DACA, it was a sensible policy to deal with people who have no real memory of their home countries. In some cases, they don't even speak the language anymore.

The reality is, we have 15 million undocumented immigrants here, and we aren't going to be able to ever deport them all.

Not really. In fact, I have never heard of a case of an illegal terrorist. All these horror stories about prayer rugs being found in the desert, but not one terrorist act has been carried out by someone who snuck across the southern border.

Yet here we are. before we got married, my wife had been granted political asylum (she was arrested in China for attending a Christian Church). Seven years, she never got a hearing on her case. We dropped the Aslyum claim in favor of a marriage claim, which required us to do medical exams, submit documents, give them photographs, collect statements from our relatives, etc. We got the initial green card, but now we have to wait for the final green card.

And, yes, it's ridiculous.

I grew up in a mostly white area/city. There were a few Mexicans and very few blacks......I think probably 1 or 2 in my school at the time. I never really thought about color, as we all were in class together, played together at recess, and all ate in the same lunchroom.
Nobody ever talked about color or race......because, what did it matter to us? I assume.

Semi-rural Texas at the time. A "red neck" farming family. But it never dawned on me that we were all that different.

Went to middle school and high school in N. Texas in the 60s and 70s as well. Still, nothing. Even though we read about it in history classes, and "black power" was going on in the early 70s, I just never associated anything with something "racist" or regards to "color".

At the time, we were just kids being kids I suppose. You'd have thought, by how people talk nowadays, that we'd have been nothing BUT bigots and racists coming from the South. But I never had a "taste" of it until my early 20's. And even after that, I never really cared........unless it was someone shoving the subject in my face. Still really don't.......unless somebody gets in my face about it, or uses racism as a crutch or agenda or propaganda.
