The Age of Civil Rights Liberalism is over, but civil rights has gone nowhere, you hear? I don't think, until the science is clearer, that persons boys should play in girl sports. And I believe that no one should ever be denied rights and opportunity because of race, religion, ethnicity, etc.

The Republic into which I was born is now gone. We will become a one-party Majority State, but we the voters still have the right to fight back against the billionaires and bad people in the voter's booth. And I think sanity will prevail.

Not at all....I am a realist...I concede that Democrats historically should take at least the House in a midterm, just as Republican's would historically do so if it were a Democrat President in office...However, I also know that not only did Democrats refuse to adopt the autopsy that followed the '24 election, and doubling down on what lost you that election...Your only hope is for poor Republican turn out for the midterms...But, if you think that voters want a return to the crazy of Trans issues, men in women's sports, indoctrination in schools, Jew hatred, and the mental illness that has torn families apart, then you are a fool...

Now, do I think that Republican's will turn out? I sure hope so...Because if not, we are in serious trouble in this nation...

There are more than two parties in this nation, and civil rights "liberalism" is not a thing. The argument of boys playing girls' sports is one-sided and misses an important fact. Women change into men. The very advantage the right says they don't want for women; they are creating by allowing testosterone-filled women who want to transition into men competing in women's sports. They want testosterone-filled women to have the ability to shower with women, and to use women's bathrooms. Women who have taken testosterone for bodybuilding have said that doing so increased their sex drive. This means that women are more likely to be raped by women who are taking testosterone injections who get to use women's bathrooms and women's dressing rooms.

But what the right faills to understand is that no one is just going to sit there and allow the country to return to blatant white supremacy. The argument from the right that whites have been denied rights because of their race that are driving these current Supreme Court decisions is a lie.

I agree that whatever Republic we believed we had is gone. It will be up to those of us who have similar beliefs to come together to erase the bad element that has taken over our country. This cancer must be removed.

10th Congressional District, NC. One of the most Red in the country. But these people have been absolutely hammered by the current Trump administration and their actions. Medicaid cuts, inflating insurance premiums as subsidies declined. A woefully inadequate response to Helene. Even down to the cuts in the Forestry Service, watchtowers unmanned in the height of a historical drought.

But the farmers, which are the backbone of this district, they have been especially hard hit. From the nursery down the road to the crop farmers, soybean, corn, wheat. Input cost getting hard to swallow. I have to catch a glance at the no-tax diesel pump. And fertilizer, ouch. The farmers are falling like dominoes, generational farmers, swallowed up by server farms or distribution centers.

You can feel the facade falling. But hey, 300 people showed up at the Bullet yesterday, for Patriot's Night, Republican party fundraiser. There sure won't be any flipping of a Congressional seat here, but you can still feel the shine on the Trump penny has worn away.
