Guilty or not ?

Here in America, we give everyone due process, so we should have a pretty good idea if someone is guilty and deserving of the Chair.

If someone goes to prison, they can escape. Even if they don't, a murderer can reoffend in the joint, taking out fellow inmates or staff.

Would you want your relative who was incarcerated for non violent offenses, have to share a cell with a homicidal maniac?

Most of the convictions that are overturned in America are flipped because of legal technicalities, not because the person is innocent.

Saudi Arabia has no problem removing the head from the shoulders of drug users, rapists, murders and gays. But if you steal, they remove the hand that you wipe your ass with. Crime in Saudi Arabia is almost non existent.
