The only reason total crime is only up one percent is because the Chicago Police has stopped responding to property thief, reducing the number of reported crimes. The 19% in thief is only big time thievery.

Democrats say they support women's rights but in a city run totally by Democrats women are increasingly being sexually assaulted and the Democrats aren't doing much about it.

They say they are against guns but shootings are way up.

If you are in Chicago, there is really little point in reporting a crime to the police unless your insurance company requires it. If you get robbed or assaulted, might as well just tell the ER staff you tripped and fell rather than hassle the cops. It isn't like they really can do anything about it.
