Liberals Bet They Could Beat Trump With the Law. They Lost.

The problem is, as I've said before, not what Trump is accused of doing. It's what BIDEN is accused of doing and NOBODY WENT AFTER HIM. He was found incompetent to stand trial for the EXACT SAME CHARGE Trump was charged with.

The double standard is what America has had enough of. We all saw the boxes of illegally stolen classified documents in Biden's garage behind his Corvette. Yet, he NEVER got in trouble for stealing them. Why is that?

All the right wants is EQUAL justice. Not BIASED justice that ONLY goes after Republicans. NO, that shit ain't gonna fly. Can you imagine if a DA ran, and was elected, based on a "Get Biden" platform even without having seen one bit of proof that he committed any crimes? The left would go APESHIT over that. But that's EXACTLY what one of DA's going after Trump ran on, AND WAS ELECTED on. It's lawfare, plain and simple.
easily refuted if you step outside of your low info bubble

We will never forget the corrupt Democrats tried to lawfare our candidate, even remove him from the ballot vs allowing the American people to decide in an election. We saw how that worked out, the corrupt Democrats got obliterated.

This thread is the kind of low IQ trolling we can expect from the cult.

They know as.well as anyone he is guilty of all the charges brought against him.

link???????????????????????????

and btw, this is not based on exit polling and it still doesn't back your up claim:

then we get:

Majority of US voters say democracy is under threat but are split on who to blame, poll shows

Survey finds distrust between Democrats and Republicans but most voters believe election results will be accurate

Whole video worth watching but check out the 4:40 mark.

Not sure why you feel that way. What was unlawful?
Postponement or cancelling of Trump federal trials, before the trials where his innocence or guilt could be determined by a jury of 12....lawlessness won.

Not signing the ethics agreement for the peaceful transition of power....

Dangerously nixing FBI security clearances for all Cabinet and administration positions....before senate confirmation hearings.

Telling the Senate he wants to skip all senate constitutional responsibility of confirmation and do Recess appointments for all...

Plans to use the military inside the USA for law enforcement, against the Posse Comitatus Act.

He's simply an unrestrained man of lawlessness....and his supporters cheer it? :(

Charging Trump with crimes that he had presidential immunity for just so you could say he was a felon and try to hurt his chances at winning an election that he was bound to win, no, lawfare lost.

Trump did not have presidential immunity for any of the crimes, save for a few charges.

That was the point of the superseding indictment.

But there were no charges dropped after the unprecedented Supreme court decision on presidential immunity by Smith....

If memory serves, after the SC ruling, Smith went through his indictments and evidence and pulled out what was now deemed off limits due to the ruling like certain admin witnesses got pulled out..., but the criminal indictments stayed as were....

Smith dropped the charges citing presidential immunity.

You cannot decide, years after a president is out of office, that something they did while in office you didn't like. That sets a precedent that no future president will want the job because they'll constantly be scared of prosecution after they are out of office because they pissed off someone while in office. If you think they did something wrong in office, impeach and remove them. But don't charge them years later. That goes for dems and repubs.

Especially with lawfare showing its ugly head with democrats going after Trump because they knew they had stolen the election in 2020 and it wouldn't happen again and Trump was the leading candidate for the 2024 race, it's more important now than ever that presidential immunity be codified by SCOTUS. It needs to be set and done.
