You said yourself that it would give democrats either 45 days to redraw maps or republicans would have to take them to court to prove gerrymandering, something that could take years to resolve. Meanwhile, democrats would retain their gerrymandered districts and republicans wouldn't be allowed to gerrymander, meaning democrat's status quo would be maintained for the lenth of however long it would take courts to resolve the issue.

None of this even addresses the fact that democrats let in thousands of thousands of illegals, giving them representation and electoral votes in blue states, in effect, gerrymandering with illegals.

Because from 2020 on, they gerrymandered to the hilt, the GOP could not because GUESS who was in power. IF it was all reasonably fair, the GOP would pick up 8 to 12 seats. Eliminate the ILLEGALS being counted towards the district, and the DEMOQUACKS would lose between 30 to 40!

Heck yeah, if I was the QUACKS now that the GOP is in power, I would be begging for them to sign on to that too!
