All of your posts seem to admit that, yes, democrats have gerrymandered the hell out of their states but this law would provide a roadmap for overturning that democrat gerrymandering. Meanwhile, the map would stay the same for now but republicans wouldn't be allowed to play catch up.
And that's the story right there. The map wouldn't change, so in fact, every gerrymandered district stays the same, just that demofks couldn't gerrymander anymore. That's the ploy, the play, the con.
