George Floyd. The Truth Is Out. (Finally)

At least more of the truth. For however long, the news has been making it look like the cops murdered a cooperative black guy they arrested, apparently because they had nothing better to do at the time. Causing many riots and protests. Well last night they finally showed a little more of the story.

They showed a cop on the passenger side back door trying to subdue the soon to be dead Floyd. No doubt Floyd was kicking at him. It showed the hero cop who would end up with his knee on the back of Floyd's neck to subdue him going to open the drivers side back door. What was shown at least showed Floyd putting up a fight.

Now, I would like to see the rest of the video. Which would show Floyd being dragged out of the drivers side back seat and how he ended up at the front of the cop car with the officers knee on the back of his neck. No doubt Floyd was putting up more struggle from the back seat area to the front of the cop car.

Why is the news wrongfully portraying the incident. They also made a big deal about the cop keeping his knee on Floyd's neck even after he stopped moving. But Floyd's condition wasn't caused by the knee on his neck. So why should the cop have moved it. Especially when just before then he was putting up a fight. All this coddling of criminals makes me sick. Least of all the negro ones. The cops don't have an easy job. They are almost like soldiers on the front line. A little excess on their part should be excused. They need to be supported. Not vilified.
Would like to see this video as opposed to a description. Thanks.

the local media ran it a couple of times here, then the edited ones took over. We'll see if the whole videos make it to trial or the edited ones.
and, even with the edited vids, it's obvious the officer's knee is not resting entirely on the guy's neck, most of the weight is obviously on the left shoulder blade. It's giant farce from start to finish, and the GOP is making a big mistake by jumping on the cop killer bandwagon.
Problem I have is it shows Floyd being placed into the police car, but not how he ended up on the ground, with the police officer's knee on his neck. Most likely he tried to escape and there was an altercation. It still doesn't excuse what the officer did as he had him completely under his control. However, if there was an escape attempt followed by a physical altercation on tape, then it's going to be harder to convict on anything other the original manslaughter charge. Which will lead to more rioting, burning and looting, and I bet will be timed to happen right before next November 3.

I don't know how many minutes of video the body cams hold, and they don't have rear cams in the squad cars, apparently. In any case, it's clear that the officer is not putting his full weight on Floyd's neck, his knee is more on his shoulder blade, and as Quarantine pointed out his foot is on the ground bearing weight as well. the ass hole just stroked himself out, is all.
It's going to be hard to prove that the officer didn't contribute or cause asphyxiation or a stroke. He should have also taken into consideration how fucked and or high Floyd was.

Yes, proving a negative is hard. But, it's not Chauvin's job to prove a negative, it's the prosecutor's job to prove he was deliberately murdering Floyd, and there is no evidence to support that charge at all. Knowing Floyd's health problems after the fact doesn't call for a murder charge. That would be like someone passing out and falling in front your car in the street and then charging you with murder.
At this point it looks like a battle of the experts and doctors in the courtroom, but my sense is that for at least the officer with his knee on Floyd, the murder conviction is almost certain.

I hope not----I do not believe that the officer killed
George. Restraint of a resister is NEVER GENTLE ---
It is impossible to GENTLY restrain a large muscle bound man
I believe the officer's actions brought about George Floyd's death. Now whether or not Floyd had a pre-existing condition that contributed to it, or his resistance may have instigated the officers brutal reponse in order to bring Floyd under control, at some point as we can see Floyd was completely under his control. The claim that George Floyd was going to just drop dead regardless of what the officer did, will not fly in court. Now, did Floyd do something that caused the officer to react in such a manner? That has not been proven yet, but if so, will only reduce the murder charge for the officer.

at no point did I suggest that george would have "just dropped dead were it not for the ROUGH ARREST" The point I make is the charge of murder I believe that in order to make the murder charge, the prosecutors will have to prove that the "KNEE ON NECK" caused the death. That means either death
by asphyxiation or death by strangulation. Such a death does SHOW UP ON AUTOPSY. So far findings supporting asphyxiation or strangulation have NOT
been presented. Somehow---PARTS OF THE HEART
ARE MISSING (????) for the second autopsy. Myocardial infaction does show up on microscopic studies of the heart muscle.

Sounds like someone was already 'losing' (destroying) evidence so it wouldn't get to court.

in fact---in autopsies ---LOTS OF TISSUE is ---sorta lost-----cut up ----IN ORDER TO MAKE SLIDES to examine microscopically. IT'S THE SLIDES that have to be recovered. The brain is left in Formalin in a JAR--for some time (I forgot how long) then cut up and ALSO examined microscopically It is the microscopic evidence that is VITAL ----not just the dead body lying on a slab. THAT GETS BURIED.
NONE of that information has been presented so far. IF the man died of asphyxiation or was CRUSHED, then there would be EVIDENCE thereof on microscopy.
It is not rocket science. There was a time in my own life that even I did it------I am no genius

The one thing you either are unaware of or ignoring is the Use of Force Continuum which (to the best of my knowledge) is pounded into law enforcement officers in this nation over and over again. Basically it means if the subject escalates you escalate, if the subject de-escalated, you de-escalate. Let that sink in........
Floyd was on the ground and cuffed with multiple officers around him and was not resisting at that point, de-escalation, the officer should at that point have stood up and if Floyd had re-escalated then the officers could have easily re-subdued him. The officer kneeling on Floyd's neck the whole time should have known this and stood up when Floyd began complaining that he couldn't breathe, the officer made a bad decision that cost a man his life. At best the officer was negligent based on the Use of Force Continuum.
If you can't breath you can't repeatedly say "I can't breath".
Sure thing there "doc"........... Most people use the phrase "I can't breathe" (not breath) when they are having difficulty breathing, it's kind of a generic phrase. It also comes out hoarse and raspy. Not surprised low education critters wouldn't know that......... Uummmmm........

If Floyd was having difficulty in breathing, it wasn't because of what officer Chauvin was doing. Where his knee was, officer Chauvin would have had to have broken Floyd's neck to get deep enough to crush his windpipe.
Again, it doesn't matter, the officer failed to de-escalate and call for medical help. Besides, it's not up to you or I, we're not Judges and not on the jury............
I agree, whether or not the actual death was actually triggered by a preexisting condition, the officer/s contributed to it, or, directly caused it.
The officer's and the suspect's actions leading up to and during the event will be taken into consideration as will the suspect's condition at the time. Triggering an unknown (unknown to LE) preexisting condition is not necessarily an automatic cause for guilt, matter of fact it's more often a cause for acquittal. I have no idea why the officer didn't de-escalate neither does anyone else here but it "appears" he did not properly follow the Use of Force Continuum which technically makes him legally liable IF it can be shown the wasn't a good reason to continue physically subduing the suspect.
If the suspect dies from an unknown condition and the situation was such the the officer should have been paying attention to the suspects complaints, taking them seriously then the officer is potentially liable. If however the situation was such that there was reasonable doubt in the officer's mind that the suspect wasn't trying a trick to attempt to get away then that will also be examined by the court. Too many variables that will be brought up in court to determine guilt or innocence. That's why we have a court system.

Are you high? It was Floyd who was escalating things. Also, if you saw the video you know that an ambulance showed up. Who in the hell do you think called for it. But it doesn't matter. I don't think his family or any negro deserves any respect. Even those who do something good with their lives. Because on a whole, it is a messed up species of human. One of the best ways to be defeated is to try and separate the "good" ones from the bad ones.
Why don’t you take your stupid shit to the badlands where you can hear the truth about your worthless self?

The officers will never get a fair trial, and the other officers were indicted in the hope of extorting perjured testimony from them against Chavuin. This a lynching to appease a mob of scum, period.

Maybe all true but it doesn't change the fact that they had apprehended Floyd, had him handcuffed and there were four cops there. They should have been able to put him in the back of the squad car and had no business having him on the ground face down, knee on neck for 9 minutes. Especially with many people alarmed he wasn't breathing or moving.

I don't care if you have to stun, taser or beat him with a billy jack, you get the bastard in the squad car. With four cops there, either Floyd was one badass sick dude considering all his "medical" conditions or those were some shit-poor cops.

I wonder how you will feel finding out you are wrong. Maybe you can tell me. You can do so in my thread, "Free Officer Derik Chauvin." After you watch the video.

Dude, the theory that Chauvin didn't bring about or cause Floyd's death, well how should I put it, that pig won't fly, and especially not in a court of law. He absolutely did not have to have his knee on a suspect's neck for 9 minutes until the suspect passes out. That is not what a professional cop that is in charge of his / her faculties does. Anybody watching that video objectively can see that there is something seriously wrong with Chauvin. What makes it worse is, the moron KNEW he was being video taped.

It is amazing we are witnessing mythology created before our eyes. Just as the movie Roots created the myth that Negroes were enslaved because of race, the MSM created the myth George Floyd died as a result of a cop who would risk his job and pension to hunt down Negroes for no reason, instead of the drug overdose which was actually the cause of the convicted felon's death.

Career criminal
Drug addict.
Killed while violently assaulting the police.
Multiple multi million dollar funerals.

I don't think things can get much more clownish than this. Damn, we gonna need a bigger horn. And by the way, what's there to salute to?

Is it just me... or is it getting crazier out there?

The Vatican has requested that the statue of Davinci be removed and be replaced by one of Saint Floyd sanctioned to be made by the worlds best artists.

Again, by your logic, no police officer should be able to stop a single criminal, because according to you, they can't do anything until proven guilty, right?

So I guess we should just disband the police, and let anarchy rule.
The police arrest suspects. They don't decide if the person is guilty.

Agreed. No one suggested otherwise.

My issues is two fold. You are saying the police officer is guilty. Do you believe innocent until proven guilty or not?

Second, I have an issue with how Floyd is being portrayed as completely innocent in this regard, like he's a martyr. Floyd was not Mother Teresa. Floyd was a life long criminal, dead beat dad, and that is based on convictions in court and statements by his own kids. So he was proven guilty many times.

What part of hell does one have to live in to believe the police can summarily kill a person over a questionable $20 bill?

And why wasn't rusty limbuagh killed over doctor shopping all those pills....

Because Limbaugh wouldn't have resisted the police, had he been arrested. He would have followed directions, and put his hands behind his back, and getting into the police car.

I would have done the same. You don't argue with officers. You don't resist officers. You certainly don't confront, provoke or agitate officers.

No one said the officer can just kill someone. Nor did he. There is no evidence, he intended to kill the man. He was trying to hold him down. He should not have put his knee on the guys neck. Everyone knows this. No one disagrees with this.

You are accusing him of "summarily killing" or intentionally killing a man, when that has not been proven in the court of law.

Do you believe in innocent until proven guilty, or not?

I disagree. The knee on the neck was appropriate. When somebody is bigger than you, it is the best way to hold them in place. If criminals don't like it, don't resist! Then cops won't feel the need to put their knee there to begin with.

No. You never do that. You always put the knee on his shoulder blades. If a knee on his should blades with your body weight, isn't enough to hold him down.... then why would putting it on the neck hold him down?

Does your body weight magically increase when you have knee on someone's neck? No of course not.

Plus, he was already cuffed, based on the video evidence. So unless he was uncuffed before that video, then there was no reason for this.

What video were you looking at. Sure, officer Chauvin had one of his knees on Floyd's neck. But he wasn't putting all his weight on it. His foot was on the ground. Which would have been taking some of the weight. Only if officer Chauvin had his foot off the ground and he was standing erect on his knees would he have been putting half of his weight on Floyd's neck. That wasn't happening. Also, officer Chauvin's other knee was on his back. With the foot to that knee also on the ground. What's next. Are you going to try and sell me the delusion that Floyd was choked to death?

Next, apparently you know nothing about leverage. A neck is near the end of the body. That would make it more difficult for anybody to lift that end of their body. But if they had a knee on the back, it would be easier to do. If the knee was on their waist, it would be even more easy to lift the upper part of your body. Accordingly, when you have your knee on somebody's neck, you don't have to apply as much weight to keep it from moving.

Next, he was cuffed in the back of the cop car. But that didn't keep him from putting up a fight. And to help sell the anti-White hype, to my knowledge the video hasn't yet been released that shows how Floyd got from the back seat to where he ended up at. No doubt it was because he was still resisting, kicking and whatever else.

No question that Floyd was violent while resisting arrest. Four cops had problem getting him in the police car. Even that Minneapolis police manuals allows knee-on-neck, Chauvin shouldn't have done it. The other three cops didn't reacted, because it was part of their standard procedure. Definitely not a reason to claim all cops are bad, or violent, and burn cities for it.

Did anyone see the pictures of the burial of King George?

Silly as hell. Gaudy as hell. That stupid white carriage is more elaborate than what the King of France got.

it would not have been so bad if Sharpton had kept his silly maudlin mouth shut

The 'family' deserves no respect, either, after allowing vermin like Sharpton to use them for a photo op and stupid harangue.

I don't think his family or any negro deserves any respect. Even those who do something good with their lives. Because on a whole, it is a messed up species of human. One of the best ways to be defeated is to try and separate the "good" ones from the bad ones.

While I agree with some things you said earlier, what you said here flat out wrong.

It's been a fun thread while it lasted. But the issue is now settled. Just go to my thread, "Free officer Derik Chauvin." And watch the video.

Ah, you found a decent copy. Thanks. IT's clear there was no basis for charging Chauvin other than the fact he was white all along. It's also clear his knee had nothing to do with Floyd's death as well.

I'm sure Sharpton will, for a small fee, find the way to help them cash on it.

And Floyd wasn't randomly stopped for no reason. He was caught engaging in crime. Cliven was simply trying to do the legal honest work he had done his whole life.
Wrong. The police witnessed no crime. Floyd was accused of committing a crime, that's all. The word of a store clerk does not make it a crime and does not justify killing. It also does not prove Floyd knew he was passing a fake bill.
Then why was he resisting arrest?
