If I say that Jews were responsible for the passage of the 1965 Immigration Act, that the 1965 Immigration Act was a decisive battle in a centuries-long effort to destroy the European race, that it was intended as such, and celebrated as such by Jews on the night of its passage, I am speaking either the truth or I am not. Whether it is "hate" or not isn't a question, and "unity" is not an option.

I don't think either candidate seriously has a design on having religion intertwined with government, but if any candidate would, that would be Trump.

  The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business/government relationship and power elite.

All we have to do is note that Hillary refuses to release the texts of those corporate speeches, look at what we know of the Wikileaks excerpts from those speeches, and see who has given more to which campaign.

On top of that, we see who has said what and where they stand on the ATT/Time Warner merger, who supports the ACA, and who has what views on the ACA.

• Labor Power is Suppressed
  Because the organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government, labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed .

This one is murky at best. Generally I would say Trump would be guilty of it, but labor is getting sick of the Unions, they have been betrayed.

• Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts
  Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free expression in the arts is openly attacked, and governments often refuse to fund the arts.

I don't think this one any longer applies. If you understand how private foundations work, and how the private elites use them to construct the shadow government, neo-facists will use and fund the intelligentsia to their advantage. Thus, you really can't use this as a metric anymore.

• Obsession with Crime and Punishment
  Under fascist regimes, the police are given almost limitless power to enforce laws. The people are often willing to overlook police abuses and even forego civil liberties in the name of patriotism. There is often a national police force with virtually unlimited power in fascist nations.
