Zone1 Explain This

At the time? Seriously doubtful. He had a relatively small band of followers.
And yet you know of Him two thousand years later. The prophecies were fulfilled. Will anyone remember your name in 2125?

Thousands came to hear him speak, the remnant of the northern kingdom mainly. Many believed he was the messiah.

The prophecies were not fulfilled. Where’s the Temple? Where’s the peace on earth?

We are still waiting.
The prophesies of his first appearance have been fulfilled.
When he returns the Jews will recognize him as the messiah.

Your Temple doesn't exist because you lack the faith to throw the Arabs off and rebuild. That is coming.

Peace on earth comes when He returns with the Resurrected Church.
Christ filled every prophecy that was necessary at His first coming. Fulfilled prophecy doesn't require your acceptance

No, Carl…..my post is not fake news.

YOUR opinion, having abandoned Judaism, is that Jesus was the Messiah.

MY opinion, maintaining Jewish beliefs, is that he was not.

Just a matter of different opinion, and different religions.

Yeah, that’s when they saw because he didn’t fulfill the prophecies. “He’ll come back a second time, and THEN he will.”

Jews do not believe in worshipping mortal men.

It seems to me that the end time messiah of the Jews has a strong resemblance to the end time Christian messiah. One difference is that Christ will save all Israel not just the Jews. Thoughts?

I didn't abandon Judaism. I've never accepted it any more than I accept Islam.

I follow the OVERWHELMING evidence that Jesus is the God who spoke to Moses and Abraham

Jesus accepted worship from some but didn't demand it.

It’s just a matter of opinion. There is no “evidence” that Jesus was Gd, who met Moses on Mt. Sinai, and the very thought of it is antithetical to Judaism.

So, can’t we just agree that you will believe this Jesus stuff, and I and the majority of people in the world (not just Jews) do not?

The true believers have always been a pretty small group.
