Looming Environmental Protection Agency ozone regulations personify the Obama administration’s secrecy, collusion, fraud, and disdain for concerns about the effects that its tsunami of regulations is having on the livelihoods, living standards, health and welfare of millions of American families.

Ya clean air and water's a horrible idea. Will eat into our profits. If we make enough money we can buy portable clean air and drinking water.

LOL. Reminds me of when we decided to get the lead out of the gasoline. All the whining and puking about how the engines were going to go the hell, the mileage would be terrible, and it wouldn't reduce pollution, anyway. So here we are with ICE's that put out twice to three times as much power, get double or more, miles per gallon, and put out 1/80the the pollution of the old ICE's that ran on leaded gas.

People like Staph, would wallow in their own shit if the powers that be said it was what they wanted. The rest of us would like to see a reduction in asthma and other lung related diseases in this nation.

It is anther round of attacks on coal. We've went from 60% coal production to 39% coal production here.

They want coal to die............but it produces a large segment of our electricity. Killing this industry will lead to higher prices for electricity and is already doing so.

They ignore the economic effects in their crusade to save the world from coal and fossil fuels..........ensuring everyone, INCLUDING THE POOR, get to pay more on their utility bills. They say they are the party for the poor as they bend them over and screw them .................making it more expensive just to keep the lights on.

You can't kill an industry without BLOW BACK...............They don't care about BLOW BACK...........They don't care that the poor pay more to get heat and a/c...................They must SAVE THE PLANET and us from ourselves............

The next time you see utility increases due to coal dying, ask a liberal to pay for the increase.............BECAUSE THEY CAUSED IT.

The first of it's kind..............Cost over runs out the ass.............increased power bills to the customers..........to make gas out of coal because COAL IS DYING....................

ENJOY............

Kemper power plant s cost rises 330 million more startup delayed News The Sun Herald

Mississippi Power on Tuesday increased the cost of the Kemper County power plant by $330 million, and said the plant's gasification portion won't be ready to start operating until the first half of 2016.

This is the first time the company said the start-up wouldn't happen in 2015. An additional $20 million was attributed to start-up costs and $310 million for the extension of the

schedule.

That puts the projected cost of the plant that was expected to cost about $2.8 billion now at $6.1 billion for the plant, coal mine and additional facilities.

The information was in the September report submitted by Southern Co., parent company of Mississippi Power, to the Mississippi Public Service Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company had reported $88 million in additional costs in August, putting the quarterly increase at $496 million.

Mississippi Power CEO Ed Holland said Tuesday, "While it will take longer to complete the project, and the capital costs are higher than expected, Mississippi Power still believes in the team that is responsible for constructing and starting up the plant, along with the operations team currently running the combined cycle and training personnel for full operation of the gasification facility."

As the company does in every monthly report, it said ratepayers won't be charged for the additional costs above the $2.88 million cap imposed by the PSC plus costs not covered by the cap.

Show an instance where that happened and I'll answer if I'd pay or not. Hyperbole isn't a debating point.

It's cheap to eliminate some kinds of pollution. That doesn't mean every scheme the EPA imposes on us will be cheap. This one is going to be expensive. Only imbecile Nazis like you aren't concerned about the cost of government regulations.

It's about to happen, numskull. It isn't hyperbole. The emissions from coal plants have already been 99.9% cleaned up. These new regulations will have no detectable effect on human health or the environment.

One thing is certain: The EPA needs to be de-fanged. The EPA is more destructive that strategic bombing of all our cities.
