For well over a year, the GOP has been trying very hard to keep Hillary Clinton's emails in the news. One investigation after another has resulted in no arrests or indictments. Now it appears the GOP's efforts are looking less like an honest effort to get at the truth, and more about smearing Hillary any way they can. It's kind of sad in a way, because Hillary's use of her personal email in this was was pretty stupid. Nevertheless, it seems the GOP has played the "email card" too many times. Most voters don't seem very interested anymore.

Obviously you didn't watch it (Congressional Hearing with Comey)or watch news reports about it. You are not interested in the truth.

Let's soothe the soul of the Republicans in Congress, while at the same time pouring a shot of sour mash for the average conservative with a song...

Ahhh, ahhhhhh.

Nah, it's just been temporarily eclipsed...

... by the attack on Dallas police...

... you can bet it will continue to be brought up...

... by the Republicans until the election.

Most voters don't seem very interested anymore.

Are you happy about this?

Elated.

A). The most recent of these e-mails is 4 years old and apparently the nation is ticking right along so if there was a hack job, either the hackers didn't know what they had, didn't think it was important, or it was never hacked at all.

B). The nature of the classified e-mail is still unknown. The common thought is that we have way too many things that are treated as classified. Still, they shouldn't have been on a non-secure server but given it is the DoS and not the NSA, DoD, CIA, or any number of organizations with a more direct effect on our nation's security, its fine.

C). If it doesn't, it will surprise me. However, it should serve as a vivid example of how to NOT do things going forward.

D). She realizes she has done something wrong. It won't happen again as President.

"email story out of gas?"

Pretty much.

It’s been running on empty.

Of course that won’t keep some on the ridiculous, desperate right from continuing to contrive and propagate inane lies and fallacies about ‘emails.’

Idiotic Statement of the Year!

P.S. If she is elected, Putin and others will be able to extort her with revelations about the Clinton Foundation. Is that what you want?

As in Bill's infidelity, the Republicans have overplayed their hand. If they keep pushing, they will lose like ghdy did with Bill.

Who on earth fed you such an insane story, and why did you fall for it?

P.S. The guy with the overseas investments would be the one susceptible to foreign extortion. Why do you endorse that candidate?
