Jesus Christ, God's Son and one in the Triune God, was sent to earth to become a lowly human in a time and place when being humans was arguably worlds more difficult than now. While here, He was mocked, disregarded, beaten, lashed and bruised, and then died the death I deserve, though He was innocent. He did that so I can go home with God when I die.

He basically laid down His life for beings so low, you really should consider if you would lay down your life to become an ant and then die a terrible ant death to save them.

Sure, and our spiritual state grafts us in as adopted sons. God's Word intentionally uses the words of families. You don't love neighbor children as much as you love your own, nor should you. When we're adopted, we become God's own.

God is perfectly loving AND perfectly just.

It's not just to pardon crimes with no punishment. Imagine a judge waving a wand and saying, "I know you're evil, but I'm just going to forgive you and let you free". You might call that loving, but it's not just.

Crime needs a penalty. We deserve that penalty, but at sentencing, Jesus steps in to say, "Let the criminal free. I will accept the punishment"

Seriously, most people simply have a hard time with God being "mean". As if allowing sin to fester and destroy is somehow "loving".

God gave ALL HUMANITY this life. This life is ALL you are promised.

Anything more is a GIFT.

ALL will have the opportunity begining at HIS RETURN.

But there is a special blessing for those who believe on faith:

No, the crimes are sin, of which we are all guilty.

God, being perfectly just, cannot eternally live with a single sin. He is perfect. His Heaven is perfect. Not a single sin can stain it. Like if you have a bucket of perfectly clear mountain water, and add one drop of food coloring, the perfection is destroyed. Like that.

As soon as we chose sin, God could have destroyed us on the spot or shrugged his shoulders and left us alone. But He didn't. He extends an invitation to be saved to everyone. Your choice if you decline or accept, but the day of choosing is now. You never know what tomorrow brings.
