Deportation vs a path to citizenship.

Paid Training Will Get All the American Workers Needed
Contractors get around that by hiring "laborers" then teaching them building skills while paying them laborers wages. It's really a win-win for both, however. The problem is that not enough 'Gringos' are going into the trades. They're too busy failing at college and running up huge student loan debt.

But the students ARE getting an "education" by learning that you can get fake tits and be a "woman with a penis"!!!

Nothing. I stated that running off the illegals will increase the prices of new houses. I was in that business for twenty years. I know what I'm talking about. There are now a couple of generations of young men who can't take over for that loss, because they don't know how to do it.
You still haven't explained why housing prices would go up .. which is the question I asked.

Apply for a work visa at US EMBASSY in your country.

That is how immigration works. Not sneaking across the border.

That is a CRIME.
Yes, deport everyone they find.. they cross the border, put them on buses straight back to Mexico, process them there and deny all of them. The USA has to get tougher.

Why? McMansions.

More money for the

Architects and planners,
Developers,
Builders,
Suppliers,
Banks,
Taxing authority.

There is no shortage of customers who can afford these homes. In fact, there are long waiting lists of cash buyers.

Even high-density housing including condos and so-called "affordable" housing is beyond the reach of the average person. Hopefully a huge real estate market crash is near.

You know, you brought up an interesting point.

Since the regular school cirruculums are failing, I'm in favor of giving the students free training in the trades, instead of expensive and totally useless degrees.

My state actually pays for "worker training" as part of their unemployment package!!!

We can get someone qualified and working, and fill the labor shortage without having to rely on the illegals!!!

That is, if we're lucky enough to get the lazy people on welfare to get off their asses and GET A JOB!!!

We need to reintroduce men to the manly art and trade of building things and save them from the clutches of colleges that want them to disintegrate physically and mentally in front of a computer screen.

That depends on several parameters, including the location of a house, the prices of recently sold comparable homes within a specific radius (comps), its proximity to schools, parks, and other conveniences, the overall safety of the neighborhood, and market trends (e.g., interest rates, and local economic conditions).
