In general, there is not an abundance of logical, intellectual and well read citizens anywhere today. I can only speak of Canadians as it is what I best know and have experienced.
Thus, if one visits Canada I suggest you speak to Canadians regarding government over-reach, unaccountable government etc.
It takes courage to speak the truth regarding where this nation is headed. Courage and intellect is in short supply here.
Ask a Canadian extemporaneous questions about the events leading up to the Second World War. Ask what system the West was fighting during that war and subsequently during the Cold War. Ask them about transparency and accountability of government. Ask them what tenets are involved in much needed human rights and civil liberties in their own country.
You will be met with a blank stare...
From the RCMP on down, Canada has generated the very nation we have and which will expand ...one securely stuck in perpetual decline, economically, spiritually and intellectually.

I take exception to that misinformation .
I love them, eat at least one a day and and am brimming with good health .
Bananas are low in fat but rich in carbohydrates, fibre, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and antioxidants.
BTW . Have you heard of the Banana Slug ? Looks exactly like a banana .

Store bought bananas are a "man-made," genetically modified, hybrid fruit. They're ultra high in sugar which spikes the blood sugar. They do contain some vitamins and minerals but so does Bella-donna and Caster Bean. Overall, they're not the "super food" that many claim that they are.
