Think, someone claims to be a woman, totally and completely. They like other women. Are they a lesbian? Apparently not if they are a complete woman, but used to be a man, but didn't switch preferences, but can't be distinguished in any way from other women. First of all, to be clear, it’s a stupid question. The answer is obvious. No she does not completely become a woman in every way. She will not have a uterus or ovaries, although she may have the hormones and some genetic markers of a cis gender women, Keep in mind that not all cisgender women have all of the same working parts. , but they are still women

What is also obvious is why you’re doing this. It’s a pathetic and pathological ploy to diminish disparage and diminish the trans women as not real women. For the record, I never said that trans women are just like Cis women- you made that shit up. I said that trans women are real women. Not the same thing, although I doubt that you will be able to grasp that subtly. They are real in that they Identify as, and live as women and have the right to recognized as women by others.
