As a consenting legal adult, he has the right to ask for whatever surgeries or other medical treatment he wants if there are medical providers who will agree to it. He has the constitutional right to ask others to accommodate his beliefs.

. . .he has no constitutional right to demand that others share or accommodate his beliefs in any way if they don't want to. He has no constitutional right to demand that anyone perform non medically necessary surgeries or provide any non medically necessary treatment if they don't want to.

Normal people rightfully believe that while he should have the legal right to ask for medical/social accommodations for whatever gender he believes he is, he should have no legal right to demand it.
