The Obama administration set a U.S. RECORD for Presidential Administrations throughout history for being THE most secretive, legally NON-Compliant for refusing to comply with FOIA Requests - as required by law - 70% of the time, in an attempt to hide what they have been doing. This crime spree is especially impressive since Obama vowed he would run the most 'transparent administration' in US history!
