First of all no one should be paying any attention to polling data, as they have turned into a world wide train wreck. No one picks up on unknown callers anymore, and we all have cells phones that pollsters have no access too. Online polls are a JOKE--because on many of them one participant can vote several times, and others won't participate because many are associated with donation cites. And there no point mentioning a text poll--LOL where a participant can vote for a candidate a 100 times. The next time you see a
national poll, look at the internals of it, how many people participated in it and you'll be shocked. A great article describing this:
Flaws in Polling Data Exposed as U.S. Campaign Season Heats Up
Trump also does very well in the polls, but oddly enough he also has the highest unfavorable rating of any candidate in recorded history. Who TOUTS these polls most often? Sanders and Trump. It's very clear that the only ones that are participating in these polls are Sanders and Trump supporters

Furthermore,
the real poll is out and it came to you from an actual ballot. Hillary Clinton is leading Bernie Sanders by 3 million+ votes, she is ahead of Donald Trump by 1 million, and Bernie Sanders comes in last place, well behind both of them.
The reason for the 714 Democrat Super Delegates was 1984. This country is center, it always has been, it always will be. This country will not elect far left, or far right candidates, much less a recognized and confirmed socialist, who is out there campaigning on free college tuition, and adding an additional 29 trillion dollars in Federal Government spending, when we're already 19 trillion in RED ink. A candidate that is on several records for praising one of the most brutal, murderous dictators to come out of the 20th century, which would be used by Republicans to steam roll and bury Bernie Sanders on election night.
So if Sanders was the nominee this is what you could expect on election night. Just move the blue over to Vermont.
So in answer to your question, will 500 Super Delegates move over to Bernie Sanders based upon a poll?
Absolutely not!
In fact, after Hillary Clinton creams Donald Trump in the General Election, the Republican party may decide to add some Super Delegates of their own.
