For the amount of money spent per pupil in most Blue zones that shouldn't be the case, or the gap should be far smaller.
 
They have boatloads of kids to feed. They get paid. 75% w/o father on site. Allowed to breed but not forced to feed. So, they eat the same crap kids will eat. Kids can mostly eat anything. Go burn it off outside. Hotdogs, Mac&Cheese, Sandwhiches, mayo, pancakes, toast……hey same stuff I like.

Once the deep state Dem started the “pay to breed Black Voter game, it was all but over. Fathers not required to pay up and help out at the house.

School lunch programs are chronically underfunded and the Trump administration lowered health standards for them.
 
There is nothing uplifting about enabling people to get fat and chronically sick on the taxpayer's dime.

Send your kid with PB&J to school is cheap. Buy the milk they have on site. If you don’t trust school lunches?

Yes. People on food stamps work.

They’re also poor, elderly and disabled.

I guess that means they should be deprived of anything you deem too enjoyable.
 
Yet when Michelle Obama was promoting nutritional standards in federally funded school lunches, the right vilified her.

It’s not about health, it’s about denigration of poor people.
How is not paying for their sugar water "denigrating" them?
 
It's not hatred to point out a problem. It's soft bigotry to ignore them, like the left does.
This has nothing to do with helping people.

It has everything to do about satisfying conservatives personal outrage about how “their money” is being used.

Helping people lead healthy lives won’t be solved by limiting SNAP benefits.
