You are largely correct. The purpose of the lawsuits would seem to be to offer a little bit of resistance to the Biden Regime and their ultraliberal extremism.

Sure, it isn't pretty, but this is what democracy looks like, and if it can at least frustrate and slow down the current wave of marxism, its a good move.
