Even the federal judge overseeing Hunter's tax trial in the Central District of California was critical of Biden. US District Judge Mark Scarsi wrote: "The Constitution provides the President with broad authority to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, but nowhere does the Constitution give the President the authority to rewrite history."

Some Democrats, notably Nancy Pelosi, seem to suggest if Biden hadn’t tried to run for reelection in the first place, the field of Democrat candidates would have been enough to create a competitive field for the primary that leads to a nominee that would have defeated Trump in the general election. Some Democrats believe the Biden’s legacy was already destroyed because Trump was reelected President.
You could safely say that Joey B’s legacy has been sealed as the most corrupt and compromised president in American history. He can’t do anything to alter that fact.
