Bud Light's Dylan Mulvaney controversy deepens

Anheuser-Busch products will no longer be served at some gay bars in Chicago in light of the beer giant's distancing from transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

2Bears Tavern Group, which owns four gay bars in the Windy City, called out Anheuser-Busch InBev's "abandonment of its support" of Dylan Mulvaney on Thursday.

The organization will no longer serve Anheuser-Busch beverages at their bars, which includes Bud Light, Goose Island 312 and Busch Light.

Sounds like quite a dilemma.

LOL. They brought this mess on themselves. I don't know the standing of those responsible but being on leave is not good enough. They need to go.

I would LOVE to see the entire company fail. You want to get involved in politics it SHOULD COST YOU.

Stick to what your shareholders and customers WANT. leave the politics alone.

Why companies stick their nose into politics or this current tranny gay nonsense is baffling to me. It's gonna cost you.
/——-/ Usually someone in marketing gets a brain fart and the higher ups go along because they are removed from reality and out of touch. And when the shyt hits the fan, they all duck for cover.

At WM, Keystone for a 30 pack of 12 ounce cans is 16 dollars. Coors Light, Miller Light and bud Light 30 pack...12 ounce cans are 21 dollars.
Yeah Keystone comes in 15 pack cartons of cans and it costs $10....
I just brought two 15 packs home today...

We get into habits. Repetition. And that is what is a danger to Anheuser Busch when some agenda changes that. We try something else. Their commercials are of comfort like many companies over the years. Then they changed into something else to sell products.

Way to go Anheuser-Bush. You pissed off both your base and the queer base you tried to cultivate all in one dumb assed ad. campaign. It's gotta go down as the biggest advertising blunder in history.

This is a GREAT example as to why manufactures and distributors should stick to manufacturing and distributing instead of inserting themselves into politics and controversial, social matters. Just make and sell your stuff and SHUT THE “F” UP!

These corporations are far removed from the people they serve. They depend on agencies to tell them. In this case Anheuser executives went with an ad agency that believes in public support for the deviant community. They mismeasured the level of disgust among their normal customers and the amount of fury that would be leveled against them. The Anheuser Busch company is getting the punch in the face that customers want to give the blue haired, non binary, barista at the coffee shop.

Wow. That will really cut in deep in the brand’s minuscule market share.

Anheuser-Busch was planning long-term when they signed on mulvaney. They see how the Democrats are brainwashing kids into thinking that they are trans and they figure 5 years from now they'll have a huge influx of depressive suicidal alcoholics as customers.

It's really going to cost the company.

Sales of Bud Light are down, sales of Miller Lite are up.
