Birthright Citizenship…Arguments to begin this week at the Supreme Court.

Have you told a filthy ILLEGAL to get out of our country today? If not get to work!
Every grocery store should hire Spanish speakers to follow BrokeLoser around the store and in the checkout line speaking Spanish as loudly as they can. He'll be in a loony-bin within a month.

There is nobody more delusional than a woke leftist. If I surrender I say so. You have no more ability to determine when or whether I surrender about anything than you know about the founding documents which apparently is nothing.

Again have a nice day.
I have proved you wrong several times that the founding documents were not written in the 1860s, you magnificent blowhard!

Around 20 or more Nations have some form of birthright citizenship... or jus soli... but they all have severe restrictions and rules of who qualifies... like the parents must be in the country legally for a certain number of years before their children can qualify... in other words you can't sneak into their country and go to a hospital shoot out a baby and its a citizen... that only happens here...
Then we must change the Constitution to reflect that if that is going to be our policy in the future.

As it stands right now, anyone born here IS a US citizen, and there is no such thing as an "anchor baby."
Indeed.

"As it stands now".

A ruling by SCOTUS may very well CHANGE how "it stands now"...

That's the entire point of dragging SCOTUS into this...

There you go again. If you do have any common sense, you have to know that the government is not going to deport the parents, leaving the US citizen child to fend for itself. Once the kid is born to an illegal immigrant, they all get to stay. Wise up!!!
Well, I hate to tell you. That has been the law of the books for decades and just wasn't enforced in most cases, especially by Democrats. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it is what it is.

Well, your grammar and spelling sucks, so I guess you have to prove my problem when yours is readily apparent.
"Sure we do. Diplomats are still breaking the law, they are just shielded by diplomatic immunity; however, the US can expel them, or their country can rescind said immunity and that person can then be charged."

Which word in that sentence were you having trouble with so I can provide an explanation. Or maybe I can get a 4th grader to explain it.

That post has nothing to do with what you quoted. Get that 4th grader to explain it to you with a crayon.
