No, but have been physically active my whole life and been a daily vitamin user plus maybe living a rural life with fresh food available may be a factor.Same for me. I'm curious do you do use an inversion board or do any spine decompression like bar hangs, dips, etc? I started doing those things about 20 years ago for lower back pain.
Happens to everyone, but 2 inches seems like a lot.I hadn't seen my brother in years. When we were around 18 or 20 I remember going back to back with him my Dad said we were exactly the same height. I was shocked when I saw him, he was nearly 2 inches shorter than me. I'm wondering how common it is to shrink in height?
But your nose and your feet keep getting bigger.Dude, that's not the only thing.
When I was young, I could be described to the ladies as a "Summer Sausage".
Now, it's more like a Slim Jim.

Same here - only my wife for some unknown reasons always tells me, straighten up when you walk.Nope, I was born at six foot one inch. I am now six feet two inches. It is not abnormal to shrink with old age.
Look, I'm not saying that if I'm excited and run into a wall, I'm going to break My nose first, but there it is.But your nose and your feet keep getting bigger.

I'm still the same height, but I suppose gravity will eventually prevail.Happens to everyone, but 2 inches seems like a lot.

I'm almost an inch shorter but my shoe size has increased. I think I'm melting.I hadn't seen my brother in years. Yes but there's quite a variance of height loss between individuals, my brother and I being good examples of that.Gravity everyone loses height as we age

I am simply answering the OP's question.High heels don't count. Sry.
