It is apparent that Donald Trump's opponents are attempting to invalidate his Presidency by all means at their disposal. With the mainstream media deliberately aiding this effort, what means are left to preserve the idea of a Constitutionally elected President?

Can SCOTUS alone defeat this attempted coup, or must the President institute a counter-coup by a wholesale firing of corrupt officials in the USDOJ? It would probably require the Senate to eliminate the filibuster rule and other impediments to approving their replacements, but are there enough courageous Senators to do so?

Are we about to surrender the Constitution to the mob, are are we going to fight back?
